1) Implementation in an Indian Public Listed Company- being world’s 3rd largest Testing company as per Gartner.

Process
The Company spread over 7 countries along with a huge resource base was using primitive methods like spread-sheets to manage projects and resource and bench management on the one hand and using independent financial tools to consolidate data on the other.
The “AS IS” document-of only NetSuite (Open Air was separate) was a document spanning 175 pages.
Keeping in mind the long-term goals of the company-the “TO BE” of the implementation was designed. This document-of only NetSuite was a document spanning about 340 pages.
· “Open-Air”- a NetSuite product for projects and resource and bench allocation was introduced.
· Integration between Open-Air and NetSuite was done, for accurate and timely project/client billing. Billed and Un-billed efforts were properly documented.
· Unified accounting system-NetSuite was implemented across all countries, dispensing away with Tally and Quick Books of the world. Clear Tax for e-Invoicing has recently been implemented-by integrating the same with NetSuite.
· Billing formats were standardized to suite and fit client requirements.
· Procure to Pay, was centralized, with budgetary analysis.
· Reporting became “Real Time” and “Accurate”-with Dashboards and KPI’s designed for all stake-holders.
· Credit-worthiness of the company increased in the eyes of all stake-holders as they were now getting more meaningful data in real-time and which was more accurate. This helped them in faster decision making and analysis.
· There was no pilferage of effort hours of the resources and billing leading to increase in Top-Line, leading to an ultimate healthy Bottom Line.
2) Implementation in a SaaS Company providing Digital Transformations and Cloud Based Services.

Process
· The Company spread over 5 countries had developed an in-house Enterprise Tool for resource and bench management which was not working in tandem with the financial setup of the company.
· The company was using different financial applications for accounting purposes and consolidation was manual and spread-sheet based.
Keeping in mind the long-term goals of the company-the “TO BE” of the implementation was designed. This TO Be document spanned about 200 pages covered in detail the implementation process.
· Integration between in-house “Enterprise” and NetSuite was done, for accurate and timely project/client billing. Billed and Un-billed efforts were properly documented.
· Unified accounting system-NetSuite was implemented across all countries, dispensing away with Tally and Quick Books of the world. Clear Tax for e-Invoicing has recently been implemented-by integrating the same with NetSuite.
· Billing formats were standardized to suite and fit client requirements.
· Inter Company procurement and billing streamlined and made easier for accounting.
· Procure to Pay, was centralized, with budgetary analysis.

3) Implementation in an Indian Private LLP Company- Dealing in wholesale trade and distribution

Process
· The Company spread over 2 countries was in the business of importing and distribution of goods and selling on wholesale basis.
· The group’s accounting (India & Singapore) was done in Tally.
· The company was using a primitive custom solution for its business.
Keeping in mind the long-term goals of the company-the “TO BE” of the implementation was designed. This TO Be document spanned about 200 pages covered in detail the implementation process.
· Separate Bolton’s were prepared for advanced procurement, planning and ordering.
· CRM was configured with a Bolton for conversion and tracking of cold customers to hot.
· Advanced Price List concept was configured.
· Warehousing along with Pick, Pack and Ship was configured.
· Inter Company procurement and billing streamlined and made easier for accounting.
· Integration through FTP of a major supplier was done- EDI tool.
The company achieved better inventory and system controls, giving short- and long-term benefits to the company. With faster KPI’s and dashboard planning, procurement and distribution became faster.
4) Implementation in India’s top recruitment company.

Process
· The Company with 2 Business Units or classes was spread in about 8 locations in India.
· A pain point of the Company was that it was using excel based Pre-Billing Checklist submitted by its consultants in 1 Application and using the same for Billing purposes.
· Another pain point was that finance came to know about new customers only when they came up for billing and thus could not do their due-diligence well in advance.
· Employees were added by the HR and Finance came to know about the same only at the time of reimbursement and salary time.
· Employee Reimbursements were approved in 1 system and manually communicated for accounting in another.
· The company was using Tally application independently for all its locations for accounting purposes and consolidation was manual and spread-sheet based.
· Cost Allocation was manual
Keeping in mind the long-term goals of the company-the “TO BE” of the implementation was designed.
· Integration between Darwin Box and NetSuite for creating employees with details directly in NetSuite.
· Integration between Bullhorn and NetSuite for creating customer master with details directly in NetSuite
· Integrating Bullhorn with NetSuite for client pre-billing checklists.
· Preparing revenue sharing among consultant employees a custom Bolton – based on fixed and variable sharing patterns.
· Ensuring correct employee consultant thread between Darwin and Bullhorn.
· Creating custom Bolton to track client value-based Purchase Orders.
· Creating custom Bolton to track advance billing milestone adjustable subsequently.
· ICICI Bank was integrated with NetSuite for all EFT related payments.
· Bank Reconciliation was pending at ICICI level as they were in the process of mapping MT940 file format at their end as only this is supported by NetSuite.
· Unified accounting system-NetSuite was implemented across all locations-so as to have real-time financial data inputs across all locations at the same time
· Billing formats were standardized to suite and fit client requirements. Billing formats were designed to give Item wise financial reporting while giving a single bill to the customer.
· Sub-contracted resource supplied were mapped to know cost & benefit results.
· Procure to Pay, was centralized, with budgetary analysis.
· Reporting became “Real Time” and “Accurate”-with Dashboards and KPI’s designed for all stake-holders.
